Setting yourself up as an athlete in RaceDay Apollo could not be easier. Check out this YouTube video for details.

You can create an athlete profile by clicking Add Athlete on the toolbar.

Working With The Timex Global Trainer

The Timex Global Trainer download utility provides files in PWX format. Fortunately, we can easily work with this format. To download the files, just do the following.

Mac Instructions:

1) Start the download utility and create a NEW username. You don’t need to work with TrainingPeaks. When it asks you for a username and password, you can just make something up.

2) The main window will appear. Connect your Timex unit.

3) Select the new username, select Device Global Trainer.

4) Click download

5) You’ll get a list of activities. Click the save button. They will all disappear.

6) Now we need to go get your files. go to the following directory:

Macintosh HD / Username / Library / TrainingPeaks / Device Agent / Saved / Username-you-just-made-up /

7) You will see a bunch of PWX files. Copy these to a folder on your desktop. Then open up Apollo, and import!

Remember, in Apollo, import is SPORT SPECIFIC. Select the Data Tab, select the sport tab you want, and then import away!

Transferring Apollo to a New Computer

Our licensing system allows you to transfer your installation from one computer to another without a problem. We just give you a new code. However, you’ll probably want to move your data to the new machine as well. Here is how you do it!

For PC Users:

1) Start up your old PC

2) Select Run from the start menu and type: %AppData%\PhysFarm\RaceDayV2.

3) It will put you into a directory where you will find a file called raceday.rsd. Copy this file out to a USB drive.

On the new machine:

1) Install Apollo on the new machine.

2) Select Run from the start menu and type: %AppData%\PhysFarm\RaceDayV2.

3) It will put you into a directory where you will find a file called raceday.rsd. Replace that copy with the one you have on the USB drive.

3) Start Apollo and be sure your data is there. Once you are certain, you can wipe the old machine!

On the Mac, the procedure is basically the same.

1) Install Apollo on the new machine.

2) Go to the old machine and do the following:

Select “Go to Folder” from the Go menu and type:

~/Library/Application Support/PhysFarm/RaceDayV2

3) You’ll end up in the Apollo directory. Collect the file called raceday.rsd and copy it to a USB drive by drag and drop

4) Disconnect USB drive from old computer and plug into new one

Go to new machine and do the following:

1) Select “Go to Folder” from the Go menu and type:

~/Library/Application Support/PhysFarm/RaceDayV2

2) You’ll end up in the Apollo directory. Copy the file called raceday.rsd from your USB drive into that directory (just drag and drop it).

3) Start Apollo. All your data should be there.
